SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed with Fitnez Supplements are processed within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation, excluding delays caused by inventory availability or high-volume periods. Orders are packaged securely and shipped with discretion, and tracking information is provided once dispatch is completed.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the products offered, all sales through Fitnez Supplements are final once an order has been processed and shipped. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for delivered products. In the event that an incorrect or damaged item is received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence and order details for review. Approved claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and resolutions may include replacement or store credit at our discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
